Moisture-Resistant PVC/PE Suppository Film

  • Film Structure: PVC/PE co-extruded or laminated film
  • Thickness: 150~300 μm (depending on suppository size)
  • Tensile Strength (MD/CD): 35~50 / 30~45 MPa
  • Elongation at Break (MD/CD): 70~120 / 60~100 %
  • Transparency: ≥80%, ensures visibility of the suppository
  • Water Vapor Permeability (WVP): 15~25 g·mm/m²·day (25°C, 75% RH)
  • Density: 1.34~1.38 g/cm³
  • Vicat Softening Point: 70~78 °C
  • Low-Temperature Flexibility: Maintains flexibility at 0~5 °C, avoids cracking during cold forming
  • Puncture Resistance: ≥4 N, prevents piercing during handling
  • Heat Sealing Temperature: 150~165 °C, suitable for soft packaging of suppositories
  • Appearance: High clarity, smooth surface, free of bubbles or defects
