Product Introduction

Tropical Blister Foil is a high-performance pharmaceutical aluminum foil specially designed for PTP (Press Through Packaging) blister packs in hot and humid climates. It provides excellent barrier properties against moisture, oxygen, and light, ensuring the stability and shelf life of sensitive medicines. Its superior mechanical strength and smooth surface make it ideal for automated packaging machines, while its tropical-grade formulation prevents deformation and maintains product integrity under high temperature and humidity conditions.

This foil is widely used in tropical regions where environmental conditions can compromise the quality of pharmaceutical products, particularly tablets and capsules.

1. Foil Thickness: 20~25 μm, suitable for PTP packaging of tablets and capsules
2. Aluminum Purity: ≥99.3%, ensuring excellent barrier and corrosion resistance
3. Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR): ≤0.01 g/m²·day, effectively protects moisture-sensitive medicines
4. Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR): ≤0.1 cm³/m²·day, provides superior oxygen barrier
5. Tensile Strength: 65~85 MPa, resists tearing during packaging and handling
6. Elongation at Break: 8~15 %, provides flexibility for cold forming and blistering
7. Sealing Compatibility: Compatible with PVC, PVDC, PVC/PE and other common pharmaceutical films
8. Surface Finish: Smooth, uniform, free from pinholes and wrinkles, ensures easy machine processing
9. Thermal Stability: Stable up to 120 °C, suitable for tropical climate storage and transport
